Starting salary: £18,412 rising annually to £20,046
Full Time, Fixed Term - Support
This is a full-time, fixed term post for one year in the first instance. The successful candidate will be working within the Oxford Institute of Nursing and Allied Health Research (OxINAHR), Oxford Brookes University to provide receptionist and administrative support for the institute and clinic rooms.
You will be:
Acting as receptionist for the institute and clinic rooms, providing an effective enquiry response, managing all relevant telephone, face to face, email and postal enquiries from students, researchers, staff, stakeholders, patients and visitors
Providing administrative support to designated members of the institute management team
Administrating the room booking system for the Institute
Assisting with marketing activities on occasion.
You should have:
GCSEs or equivalent
Previous administrative experience
IT skills with an ability to use software packages appropriate to an office environment.
